The update to the app at the beginning of the year made has made it the absolute worst app experience. Previously, in store, after you perused the case and ordered, you scanned a code from the app under a reader at check out to pay and got your points. Easy peasy. It's now the most UNuser friendly process. No longer can you pay directly from the app in store. You must now order ahead and then get a code to show the cashier so they punch it in in order to get points. Why???

Absolutely awful app! With the old app,you were able to easily add funds and actually spend them. I added funds, and you can't even order ahead of time using those funds. If you can, no one seems to know how at their stores. I have contacted their customer service numerous times, and no one replies. I'll just go elsewhere going forward and just eat the $20 I loaded.

App is poorly designed. I ordered 3 donuts & when I went to pick up my order, they gave me 1 donut. When I asked about the other 2, they said they don't carry those flavors (even though they were listed for this location on the app). I told them I was charged for 3 on the app & the cashier said they would refund me for the 2, but I still don't see my account accredited. (I doN'T blame the store at all.) Next, I went to seek customer service on the app, but there's NO OPTION for customer support.
