overall good but some operational refinements needed... the AI note taker periodically fails, requiring you to clear browser cache. This randomly happens at the worst possible time, stranding you without note taking. Other more minor things like in a family contact record where it displays the 2 members (ie husband and wife) it doesn't show the DOB or age, so you have to drill down into each contact. When trying to get a quick refresher of basic family info, can't do it quickly.

App is pretty well done. Would be great to have some additional features such as automatic call logging from mobile phone based on the incoming number which could automatically bring a screen up to enter a note. Also instead of widgets for Android would be nice. Specifically a widget for tasks

Almost perfect. I would go 4.75 stars. It's so intuitive and easy to use that there is almost no learning curve to adopt. The app is slick too. Also they are always pushing to improve and actually listen to feedback. It's my 3rd CRM, and my last!
