StarHopper helps users start and manage a device-level VPN connection on Android.

Select an available node, tap Connect, and follow the connection status from inside the app. When the VPN is running, StarHopper displays an ongoing status notification so the session stays visible and can be stopped at any time.

StarHopper starts the VPN only after user action and Android system authorization. The app uses Android VpnService to create and manage the VPN session, and keeps a visible notification during active use so users can clearly see the connection state and disconnect whenever needed.
