The worst app ever. Everytime I open the app to watch the world cup in the big 2026, there's always some error that occurs and I can't even watch it. What's the point of even subbing to you guys to watch the world cup just to consistently see such errors happen. If I can't watch the portugal games, I'm so done... It's not like I didn't try restarting my phone or the app by logging out and logging back in. FIX THIS ISSUE.

It is 2026 June. once again, starhub, please check your app. recently, it keeps on shutting down on me every 20mins or so. and when I try to get back on, it gives error saying I had more than 1 concurrent streaming. Today, 20/9/23, it says my account is locked. My recent shows are not synced between my web browser and my phone app.

good that I can watch the world cup. but the app is so broken. can't cast to tv half the time, random error says exceeded max number of streams when I am using one device.
