The qr scanning does not allow me to scan the qr from my gallery. with the recent changes to the TV box, it is very difficult for me to help my parent reset their TV box remotely. starhub, please take note. if you do not allow people to troubleshoot your TV box remotely, be prepared to lose your tv clients. it may not occur soon, but it will occur eventually.

like many other reviews have mentioned, the max session reached error happens so regularly that you wonder if the developers ever listen to feedback. Thought that was the only main issue so I held my tongue. But I've reached my limit today. For some reason, I can only watch the channel premier 2. if I try to watch premier 1 or 3 it gives an error. Worst of all, that's the only two premier channels that have an error. but the match I want to watch is only on premier 3. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE APP.

My experience with this app is horrible as I am using it at home. Have been facing multiple issues & there is no solution provided by StarHub except by advising it is a connection issue which is totally unacceptable. And treating me like a guinea pig testing cable connection to check if the problem still arises. What I need is a problem solver & not expecting me to resolve the issue for them.
