Edit: instead of a fix how about a quick rollback to a stable version? App keep crashing when starting video. Wiping out data and reinstall doesn't solve the problem. I'm on Google Pixel with Android Oreo. on a side note, you can get locked out of your account if you fail to login several times and you'll have to email them to reenable your account. This email is very unresponsive and they might not reply for days. I had to contact them on facebook before I finally get a response.
doesn't even start. just stays on the loading screen. spinning and spinning and spinning and guess what more spinning. no menus loaded. just the app logo and the waiting spinner. maybe the devs like playing with spinners? did the whole uninstall reinstall of the app. just a waste of time. stock Samsung tablet.
I updated to vision 3.2.16 two weeks ago. Since than, I am not able to watch any program from any of my 3 Android phones. I have uninstalled and reinstalles many time. Still...One phone totally cannot login to the app. One phone will show the message that starhub has stopped. One phone will just return to the home page even before the show starts.
I dun understand, its been almost a month upon reading the past reviews that you guys had been saying that you "are working on to fix this issue". So am I suppose to wait till December just so I can watch the videos?! Ridiculous!!!
Come on starhub..this app was so perfect back then..now it keeps on restarting! Waste my money subscribing to sports channel coz i cant watch it on the go anymore!
Pop up keeps saying Starhub Go unfortunately has stopped! Can't watch my shows! So irritating!
