The screen is not switching to the Samsung galaxy fold 4's landscape mode. It's in the opposite direction of the model's original cover after latest update. So irritating. Don't know whether the people behind the updates test it out on popular mobile phones compatibility when they update the app. Had to purchase additional mobile phone stand to place the phone inorder to watch world cup, where the phone already has original cover but unable to it as the screen is upside down. I'd give zero star!

I am using Samsung fold 3. I also have the same problem. I cannot view any programs on my phone anymore. It keep crashing. I called Starhub for assistance but the technician claim is Samsung issue not their problem. I checked with Samsung, they mentioned that their customers are having the same issue, must wait for Starhub to update the apps or else we cannot view the programmes. Starhub please look into it urgently.

Cannot watch on Galaxy Z Fold 3 suddenly after the app is updated. App crashes if i try to watch anything. So i have subscribed to World Cup because I want to watch on my phone. Hope the streaming rights go back to Singtel.
