The qr scanning does not allow me to scan the qr from my gallery. with the recent changes to the TV box, it is very difficult for me to help my parent reset their TV box remotely. starhub, please take note. if you do not allow people to troubleshoot your TV box remotely, be prepared to lose your tv clients. it may not occur soon, but it will occur eventually.

bad cannot use diy opnsense router to see free to air channel and tv box is glitchy and non IT savvy and Chinese literate elderly cannot easily configure the app. Haven't seen update for half a year. Had to install TV+ from playstore to see channel 855. Update : can see the fta channel. Setup is not easy with settop box. No option for a vv channel

New subscriber here. Was surprised to see the low ratings. Now I'm not surprised. Trying to navigate the menus on this app is cortisol inducing. The app's response to my remote is incredibly slow or basically unresponsive. Till now, I've only managed to navigate the CNA 3 times.
