This app does not even start. Everytime I launch this app it just keeps loading and then shows an error that I'm disconnected. I tried multiple different Internet connections and still the same result.

I had about 700$ in my account. Suddenly, last week, I found out that I couldn't log in to my account, I emailed them several times and also texted them on their online chat, but they didn't answer at all.!!!
