For events that work with Close, you can provide your phone number when purchasing. This gives you access to the event and your digital tickets in the app. Even if you are without internet, you have your ticket(s) at hand.

Ratings and reviews

The use of this app is forced upon you by certain events, museums etc. I suppose the app has extra features but i don't care, i just want a ticket. And then for those that don't care about the extra features the app is annoying, you don't see instantly in a glance what time your tickets are at and how many people. Also importing the time and location of your event into your agenda i didn't manage to find. The app is just an annoyance, just send the tickets by email.

This is perhaps more of a complaint towards the institutions using this app, but this was the only way I could access my tickets for the museum. Just email me those please. I'm not interested in all the extra features, overfull info pages and chatbox popups this app produces. If i want extra info i will look online or get a flyer. I just want my tickets. Definitly deleting this app after our visit.

App is mandatory by the event organizer. The tickets didn't show up on the app and I needed to contact paylogic. Thanks for wasting my time... Tickets are also not available directly, but just a couple of days before the event. I don't need a app to to get to the event... Just send me a pdf by mail next time! Looks like the developer is deleting my review...
