For events that work with Close, you can provide your phone number when purchasing. This gives you access to the event and your digital tickets in the app. Even if you are without internet, you have your ticket(s) at hand.

Ratings and reviews

The use of this app is forced upon you by certain events, museums etc. I suppose the app has extra features but i don't care, i just want a ticket. And then for those that don't care about the extra features the app is annoying, you don't see instantly in a glance what time your tickets are at and how many people. Also importing the time and location of your event into your agenda i didn't manage to find. The app is just an annoyance, just send the tickets by email.

I used this app when going to Naturalis and it was very useful to know the COVID measures in advance. In addition, I have the map from the museum, the tickets and the available activities in only one place. By bye emails, flyers and going to the website to check relevant info! Ah, and I invited my friends in the chat, so all of them have the tickets available as well. Really cool :) Looking forward to use it in more events soon!

This is perhaps more of a complaint towards the institutions using this app, but this was the only way I could access my tickets for the museum. Just email me those please. I'm not interested in all the extra features, overfull info pages and chatbox popups this app produces. If i want extra info i will look online or get a flyer. I just want my tickets. Definitly deleting this app after our visit.
