Can't connect to the 400i and can't even find it in a search 400i is junk or the software is not going to waste my time with it and it says you can print 2, 3 or 4 in how do you keep the paper from moving around and getting twisted not worth almost $600.00 when none of the apps work

Cannot find printer. printer is connected to wifi network. browser access is available. can print from square. this app cannot find the printer on the LAN. 'nough said. and this is the "upgraded app" the legacy one pushes you to.

Fails to work at finding any Bluetooth printers (SM300i my printer) does not work as advertised, 3rd party apps can find and use such as Zettle. This is garbage
