This game honestly isn't bad. It's a great way to pass the time. My only issue is the coins needed for upgrades. It wouldn't be so bad if they would let us replay levels, but it just keeps going to new levels with new difficulties, making it nearly impossible to get the coins needed for the upgrades. Please consider letting us replay the levels to make gameplay easier.

Update 3/24 - trying again looks improved. Adding 2 stars 6/23-I enjoyed it at first, but after the first clinic it is impossible to pass the levels, I have been trying the second clinic, after getting the third one. I think lifes should refresh faster, and the wait time for patients should be increased, because the wait time doesnt match up at all with the ability to finish with a patient already in.

I really like time management games, however, with this one I am becoming frustrated because the only way to progresses if you spend money. I feel that I'm starting to spend more and more and not getting very far. The cost for the upgrades inside the game are too high for the amount of money you make by completing a level. There should be more payout for passing levels, or lower the cost of the upgrades.
