Ratings and reviews

They cheat everytime you place order! A very clever trick that they apply is to always make one or other item unavailable after placing order and hence they will refund that amount in start wallet not to original payment source. This forces you to use star quik again to use the refund amount. But they will make sure to again make some item out of stock at delivery time. If you don't know the what item is in stock and whats not then atleast stop making fool of people and just refund it to their original payment source not wallet.

i would rate it less than zero star. they do not have any customer support. if you get any issues with your order ..there is nothing you can do. in my case my order was partially delivered, some items were undelivered and i can see the status is order.. but refund never credited back to my account or wallet... request is required there check email with subject - Urgent: Missing Refund for Order #279060

I had the worst experience with StarQuik. My order was never delivered, and even more frustrating, the order status completely disappeared from the app. There was no update, no message, and no way to track what happened.
