Ratings and reviews

They cheat everytime you place order! A very clever trick that they apply is to always make one or other item unavailable after placing order and hence they will refund that amount in start wallet not to original payment source. This forces you to use star quik again to use the refund amount. But they will make sure to again make some item out of stock at delivery time. If you don't know the what item is in stock and whats not then atleast stop making fool of people and just refund it to their original payment source not wallet.

The service is absolutely terrible; the delivery boy calls from half a kilometer away and asks you to come and collect the items yourself. Delivery never happens during the scheduled slot; if you expect it today, assume it will arrive two days later—and even then, 3-4 items from your list will likely be missing. I am giving it one star only because I cannot give any less. This is the first time I have experienced such poor service from a Tata company.

I have been using this app for past five years it was all good but recently have been facing lots of difficulty while placing the order I placed an order on 24th July which got cancelled but still my money is not refunded they don't pick up the call and keep apologising in their emails asking me to be patient it's highly disappointing I just want to know when will I get my refund
