The app allows items to be added to the cart, but at the final step it always shows “No slot available.” I have tried multiple times and it keeps showing the same message. Delivery is available at my address, yet no slots are ever shown. This app has never been reliable. I used it for few months and eventually stopped using it because of such issues. I just gave another try, but the experience is the same—very disappointing.

Pathetic Act!!!! spoiling TATA name completely. I have randomly checked for the refunds which we have ordered and a few items were not delivered and surprisingly refunds have not been processed for many months.... and the reason is technical issues and upgradation... A BIG SCAM... How much amount is being kept with them without informing the customers.. Guys check for yours ... you will also get surprises.... and Be ready for " Shama chahenge".

The search bar is time consuming!! First type the product name then click search, then it will take loads of time to process , then the screen will display similar options related to the product which I am finding (which is really unnecessary), then again I have to click the search bar located downwards and then again it will take time to process to get to the final screen. The App is tooooooo sloww! Please fix it
