I have been chasing Star for an update on my orders 11690 and 12735 but no resolution. Worst service and outdated app. Please stay away. High delivery fee. These days 10 mins delivery is free above 199/-. No resolution yet. I have sent multiple emails but no refund after almost a month. stop using this app guys. Update - Now it's almost 2 months and I have not received my refund. Now it's 6 months and I am still chasing them for this refund.

I have been using this app since 3 years , most of the time I buy items by visiting store however in an emergency I order online, today I have placed an order & I see the MRP mentioned in the app is totally different than what actually it is even they charged more for one of the product, many of the items weight are not at all correct.

Dear Star Bazaar team, My order (Order ID :# 130968), placed on Sunday, 1 March, showed a delivery date of 1 March but has not been received as of today. There has been no update or notification. I’ve attached a screenshot of the order. I tried the in-app help counter, but it gave no input, and I’m unable to call or chat with anyone. Please confirm receipt of this email and call me at my registered mobile number. I request an immediate update on my order or a full refund of the payment made.
