I tried placing an order three times today and every single time, as soon as I went to the cart to checkout, the entire cart just emptied itself automatically. No error message, no warning, just gone. I wasted time adding everything again and again only for the same thing to happen. If this is how the app works, how are customers supposed to trust it for regular grocery shopping? Please fix this issue. A grocery app where you cannot even complete an order is pointless. Very disappointing.

I placed an order on the 11th of October 2025 and it was supposed to be delivered the next day on 12th. The app is clearly not tested as there was an error (still is) wherein the app charges you delivery fees, but still doesn't allow you or give you the option of selecting a delivery timeslot (shows undefined). The Customer Support is a joke as it cannot do anything or even escalate the call. All this on a prepaid transaction. Today, after calling them again, they decided to cancel my order.

Point No.1: I don't know since the new app update. I haven't heard this from many people and I faced it myself. It was that the timeslot I ordered from didn't deliver my goods to me. Point No.2: When I go to type something in the search bar, your app stops me before the item I want to search for and stops me by suggesting the next word. And again, when I go to type something else, the same process happens again and again and I am not able to type the entire thing I want to type and search for.
