Worst app, i am using it only bcoz its a TATA brand and you have reasonable pricing. Your app takes ages to add and delete item from a cart...when i click on plus or minus sign it takes literally 30 sec... One good part is that you guys finally started categorizing the products.

App is not so user friendly , other apps offer chat based customer service which is missing , I had added items in the cart , but when I click continue , Delivery/ Self pickup window is just blank ,no way to place order , doesn't seem to tell what's the issue either, over all design can better, compared to other grocerry delivery apps , please spend some money on the design and infrastructure.

They hide the information about delivery charges in a dark way. I was charged 116/- for delivery with GST. Other applications shows this information very clearly. I have screenshot of the app how they're hisding delivery charges in info icon which can be missed easily and when I tapped on it the tooltip has very tiny fonts. You lost an an app user.
