The Starry app is your pocket guide to your Starry Internet account and a remote control for all of the advanced features included with your Starry Router.

The app brings the information you need most front and center, including your internet and WiFi network performance, your billing information, and access to our around-the-clock support.

Can no longer see what devices are connected to the router. Also can't attach a photo to send to a customer service chat because the paper clip icon does nothing when pressed. So I can't even show what's wrong. Whenever the Wi-Fi is down, the app tells me that they can't reach my router (well of course) and to connect to the router for more information. I mean, if I could connect to my router, why would I need more information???

I'm sorry you're having trouble with the Starry App. Some router we provide work a little differently than others. CS doesn't really help fix issues.. just takes a long time to 'diagnose the issue' but it all ends up at 'We've forwarded the issue to our team' and nothing happens after. The connectivity is terrible and unreliable during rainy weather and unreliable even wo the rain. Been using Starry for 3 years, but this recent weather has been putting it to test and CS isn't really holding up the other end. :(

Not much functionality... Kind of useless. The app doesn't allow you to look at outages nor report one. The app doesn't let you look at plan options, but it does at least tell you what plan you're on and how much it's costing. The only value I find from this app is looking at your bill and scheduling an appointment. But I get much more out of emails to support vs. this app. Hope they can add the basics that their customers would need. For now, I'll probably just uninstall and stick with emails.
