About this app

Most document apps let you look at Word, Excel and PowerPoint files. Mox lets you change them. It is a document reader and editor that works offline, with no account.

Open PDF, DOC, DOCX, XLS, XLSX, PPT, PPTX, CSV and TXT — then actually edit them. Rewrite a contract, fix a formula, redo a slide, sign a form, or turn a PDF into an editable Word document. No cloud. Your documents never leave your phone.

One app instead of five
Mox is the PDF reader, DOCX reader and Word editor, XLSX viewer and Excel editor, and PPT viewer and editor you would otherwise install separately. It is an all document reader that also edits, with a PDF converter and document scanner built in, and it all works offline. Keep one document reader and PDF reader for every file.

ABOUT FILE ACCESS
Mox asks for permission to access files so it can find the documents already on your phone — in Downloads, in Documents, in folders other apps created — and open them in place. Android does not let an app see another app's documents without it. Mox only reads document files, and nothing is ever uploaded.
