I am experiencing several issues while using the Star Tech app. First, once an address is added, there is no option to remove or edit it, which is very inconvenient. Second, although the “Pickup from Store” option is available, clicking on it does not show any store locations. This makes the feature unusable. If this option exists, it should display all available store addresses so that customers can choose the most convenient location for pickup.So improve this system as soon as possible.

Very horrible experience in procurement. After Star Tech's confirmation mail and SMS, full payment was done. Later, it was informed that the item was not available. Despite repeted reminder, refund initiation took 13 days. 3 more days have passed but there is no sign of refund!!!!! So, my suggestion is never pay STAR TECH in advance... completely Dissapointed

It's quite helpful but there is one problem. There is no cancel order option in this software like others. Which I believe is necessary. Because when one Orders a product and later thinks of buying another one instead of what was ordered. Then Previous order has to be cancelled. But in this software I do not see this option.
