Student Next Lights is a comprehensive student management app designed to connect parents, students, schools, and administrators. With various access levels for Parents, Students, School Principals, Admins, and Superadmins, the app facilitates seamless communication and efficient management of school activities.

Key Features:

For Parents & Students:

Login Access: Both parents and students can log in if the school is registered in the app with a valid UDISE code.

Student Attendance: View real-time attendance status, including check-in and check-out details (subject to the student being marked present by the school).

Notices & Updates: Stay informed with notices from class teachers.

School Weather Report : Allow 2 times around 9 AM and 3PM weather report to be updated of school.

User Section: Access personal details and view fee-related information.


For Schools & Principals:

Student Management: Principals can log in to view students by class and session, add new classes, and review or delete student records.

QR Code Scanning: Mark student attendance by scanning their ID cards printed with QR codes (provided by the Superadmin).

Fee Management: Track student fees and notify parents of any dues directly via mobile alerts.

Employee Access: Grant access to teachers and staff through biometric authentication.

Card Generation: Generate, download, and send birthday cards for students.


For Admins:

School Creation: Admins can create new school profiles, assign access by adding email IDs, and authenticate access using a key provided by the Superadmin.

School Profile Management: Upload logos, pictures, and authorized signatures. Control visibility of student profile cards and manage the number of students enrolled.


For Superadmins:

Global Oversight: Superadmins oversee all data, including the number of schools in each city of Chhattisgarh and order details for student ID cards.

Data Management: Add new class data via CSV and download student photos and QR codes needed for ID card scans and attendance marking.

School Premium Management - Could define premium controls for sending SMS service, delete school or modify school level.
