About this app

Dallah Wings B2B is a private operations app for Dareen Travel partners and staff. It is not a consumer hotel marketplace.

The app helps authorised business users manage day-to-day B2B travel operations from their phones with role-based access. Depending on their role, users may access dashboard insights, hotels and hotel media, add-ons, travel agencies, wallets and pricing rules, staff users and permissions, and bookings. Booking features include searching availability, creating reservations, viewing booking details, and cancelling bookings when permitted.

Access depends on your assigned role. Super Admins have full administrative access, while Reservation Managers focus primarily on bookings. Users must sign in with an account provided by their organisation. Accounts are created by administrators, and there is no public self-registration.

The app supports secure email and password sign-in, booking creation and management with guest details, rooms and add-ons, booking cancellation with a reason where permitted, booking information exports when available, password updates, account settings, and account deletion from Settings. Super Admins cannot delete their own accounts.

Dallah Wings B2B is intended exclusively for authorised Dareen Travel / Dallah Wings business users.
