About this app

Silent Presentation Timer is the most unobtrusive presentation timer, lecture timer, or meeting timer ever. Just keep the phone in your pocket and feel the silent vibrations. I use the timer during my own meetings, presentations, and lectures and I have been developing it using my own presentation experience.

The application is available for phone as well as in a version for Wear OS, fully connected and integrated with the phone app.

And all this is for free, without ads.

Features:
- full Wear OS/smartwatch support, application runs on phone as well as on Wear
- ambient low power mode support with special presentation visualization on the Wear device
- configurable length of presentation/end time of presentation
- countdown presentation timer with visualisation
- green (lots of time left), orange (lots of time passed), red (close to end) indication of the time left for your presentation
- optional measurement of overdue time (violet)
- presentation timer can run in background
- runs if you put the phone to the sleep mode - set the timer, run, and put your phone sleeping to your pocket
- runs even if you switch to another application and the intervals will be still indicated by vibrations
- change of phone orientation or incoming call will not stop the presentation timer
- optional screen dimming (to save battery if you disable sleep)
- optional disable of the phone sleep mode

I don't use it for the intended purpose so my suggestion can be ignored. I use this app for having a subtle way to time my rest periods between sets at the gym. Every other app is for interval timing or wants to time my entire workout. I just needed something quiet so that when I'm reading between sets, I have a vibration to cue me that my rest is over. With that said, being able to do 30 second increments would be helpful. I know speakers don't need that, though. Then I can rest for 90 seconds!

Many thanks for your nice review! I am happy to see that the application is useful also for something else than timing of presentations :-)! In any case, I will add your idea for a new feature to the list of the potential improvements for the future development.

Perfect for my presentations... absolutely brilliant... but I just have a very small suggestion. When I do presentations I need to be accurate on the second... I know it is a strange idea, but I would love to set the timers with seconds... at least half minutes... So for example I have a 1 1/2 minute presentation I need the timer to go off at 1 minute and then again at 1 1/2 minute. Would that be something you would consider? Training elevator pitching is like that... down to the second!

This is so good for my presentation needs that I decided to post my first review ever. I have only one observation/request: can you make it possible to select the colors an maybe the intervals or at least switch red with purple so people will intuitively know they are over time when in red and in the final minutes when in purple. Thanks for a fantastic app.
