I have found Statcounter to be an amazing window into my customers' behavior. Absolutely the best tracking and Analysis application I have ever found. And I have tested many of them. It's extremely user-friendly and complete, and I use it for both my wife's business and my own. Also terrific fast customer support. Do yourself a favour and sign up for a free trial. Seriously, I wouldn't consider running my business without it from this point forward. I have no finacial interest in this review.

Doesn't work. I've installed and reinstalled the code, followed instructions, nothing helps. I know people are visiting because I've asked them to. It doesn't track my visits either, even without a blocking cookie. I couldn't even contact their support. The page crashed when I submitted a request to support. They haven't tracked any visitors in days. You're better off paying for a service that will actually work.

I just wondering are you having a problem just recently because now it doesn't count. even after I reinstall the code for times. . re: Ah, I can't really reply this huh? No, it's fine now. I've just realize it's been fixed hours ago. Only that I also realize that I can't see yesterday's counting data even it said there are plenty. But it's fine tho. Although this is free service, it's really good application. Thank you.
