WARNING: There is no way to transfer funds out of a Broadview account without paying them a fee Beyond their crazy fees, Broadview's tech is broken every time you need to use it and a bear to try and get through. SEFCU had some problems before merging with this company, but the experience has only gone downhill while the fees have gone up. Expect to have trouble viewing your balance or making transfers thanks to the app.

I took the time in September to preregister. I managed to get into it with my Chromebook after being locked out and getting a number to set my password again. Now I can't get it to work on my mobile phone. I did get a new phone since I first registered. I had an awful time getting anything to work. It says already installed. Nothing, absolutely nothing! Still cant use my mobile device, which I depend on a lot. Definitely not user friendly. The seem to have forgot about seniors that are not as computer savvy. For that matter, I'm sure there are younger people that are not as computer literate as you seem to have to be just to sign into this app. Not Happy

I miss the old sefcu app. Worked perfect, didn't need any change. Seems like every update is less user friendly. I miss being able to pull my phone out and transfer money over to my card in like 30-40 seconds. Now, my account is constantly being signed out and requires my user and password while occasionally just being totally locked and required a password reset. Miss the old app, it was so easy to do anything I needed to. Now it's just poor functionality
