Use it when work, damage, a handover, an inspection, a delivery or a return depends on evidence that must be clear, complete and findable later.

Create a Proof Request with the exact photos or documents required. Share one secure link through the tools you already use. The recipient opens it in a browser — no guest account or app installation required.
Dark, blurry, low-resolution or duplicate evidence is flagged while it can still be corrected. Return one exact requirement, review the replacement and approve the set. The request, submissions, corrections and decision remain together in one history with supported PDF export.
SEAL IMPORTANT RECORDS ON YOUR DEVICE
Photos, document scans and PDFs captured through the native sealed workflow are hashed and signed on your device before storage. The seal binds the file fingerprint to supported capture information, including signed time, device and optional location. Change the file later and the integrity check fails.
CHECK SUPPORTED RECORDS YOURSELF
Supported sealed files and proof bundles can be checked in a web browser without a StateNull account. Verification runs locally in the browser, so the verifier does not upload the file.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Records are protected on the device with AES-256-GCM encryption. Optional end-to-end encrypted Cloud Vault and Long-term Archive services retain ciphertext that StateNull cannot read.

WHAT STATENULL DOES — AND DOES NOT — PROVE
For a supported native seal, verification can show that the file matches the version sealed by the recorded device and that its signed capture information has not changed.
Proof Request guest submissions are encrypted before upload, labelled by how they arrived, fingerprinted and connected to the request history. A browser submission is not presented as a native sealed capture.
StateNull does not determine whether work is correct, damage is covered, a claim is valid, an inspection passes, a depicted event is true or a file is legally admissible. It also does not prove who was physically holding a device. Those decisions remain with the responsible person or authority.
