Trapped in a sluggish "upgrade" Moved from Apex Athlete Series thinking this was an upgrade. It’s a massive downgrade. The app is painfully slow, sluggish, and way too basic. Worst of all, it has zero backward compatibility. Once your training sessions sync here, your data is trapped. Moving back to the faster legacy app means leaving recent history behind because there is no export tool. Frustrating software for expensive hardware. Fix the lag or let us migrate back.

Terrible app and customer experience. The app is buggy and doesn't load properly. Takes ages to download information and doesn't give you anywhere near the level of data as the previous app. Also asked customer support for help on why it takes 10 mins to download a session. No help again. This has been an awful experience for a tool that is meant to be elite. What a waste of money

app has been very buggy lately. constantly switching off, unable to use. having to uninstall it and Re install to use, but next day it just goes off again. hopefully will be fixed soon.
