Staveo is an app for managing construction—from excavation to acceptance. Instead of notes on your phone, photos scattered around the gallery, and invoices in your shopping bag, you have one place where you can see what stage you're at and how much you've already spent.

SCHEDULE
Divide construction into stages and tasks, set deadlines, and track real progress.

You can immediately see what's delayed and what can be started. Progress is calculated based on completed tasks, so the percentage on the screen isn't a wish, but an actual result.

COSTS
Record expenses on an ongoing basis and compare them to your budget—broken down by category and stage. Add items from an invoice, assign them to a stage, and check where your budget is falling at any time. No more "we think we're on track."

PHOTOS AND DOCUMENTS
Document work progress with photos straight from your camera. Each photo is transferred to the appropriate project and stage, and can be described and commented on. Photos from the construction site are the best evidence when talking to the contractor and when settling accounts.

CONSTRUCTION DIARY
Record what happened on a given day: who was on site, what the weather was like, what was delivered, what went wrong. You can also add a voice memo—because no one types comfortably with work gloves on.

CONTACTS
All the numbers for the crews, suppliers, and offices on the project they belong to. Call them with one click, without searching through call history.

WORKS WITHOUT SIGNATURE
Construction sites rarely have good internet. Staveo saves everything locally on your phone and syncs the data as soon as the connection is restored. You can take photos and notes in the basement, in the middle of nowhere, or in an apartment building with no signal.

SECURITY
You can secure access to the app with a fingerprint or face scan.
The server connection is encrypted, and your data belongs to you—you can delete it and your account at any time.

Staveo also works in a browser, so you can open the same projects on your office computer and your phone on the construction site.
