Had a terrible experience with Stayflexi. They accepted the payment and confirmed the booking. After a month, they called and cancelled the booking without providing any alternate booking. Also the money is held up with the hotel so they are not refunding that either. Raised multiple support tickets and they got closed without any resolution or my consent. This is pathetic. The attitude of the hotel manager is arrogant and rude. Not sure how they partner with hotels.

Useful app for managing 🏨 hotel inventory and price anytime. Also restaurant & bar can be managed from app. Overall it's a good app and within a short time of 1 yr they have developed a lot of features in app. Channel manager and offline booking both can be managed.🤘🤘👍

Very bad app for hotel management and their service is even worse than that, no one picks up the call, no one helps in live support and check out happens without payment.
