Very bad app for hotel management and their service is even worse than that, no one picks up the call, no one helps in live support and check out happens without payment.

Had a terrible experience with Stayflexi. They accepted the payment and confirmed the booking. After a month, they called and cancelled the booking without providing any alternate booking. Also the money is held up with the hotel so they are not refunding that either. Raised multiple support tickets and they got closed without any resolution or my consent. This is pathetic. The attitude of the hotel manager is arrogant and rude. Not sure how they partner with hotels.

Hey guys, your grievance redressal system is pathetic, almost non existent. You are hiding the huge flaws in the software. Too many bugs. You have not refunded me for last 4 months. As a Customer - my recommendations would be not to use this software as it would cause both economic losses and double booking - guest inconvenience, arguments with guest. They are using some software to hide bad reviews on Google maps also They will delete and repost LinkedIn posts when you give bad review
