About this app

StayGo is an accommodation booking app in Burkina Faso. It allows you to search for a hotel or furnished apartment, view detailed information about each property, and book directly from your phone.

Hotels

Browse available hotels in your city or destination city. For each property, the app displays:
• a photo gallery of rooms and common areas;

• available room types and their nightly rates;

• amenities and services offered (air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, minibar, safe, etc.);

• location.
You choose your room, your arrival and departure dates, and then confirm your booking in just a few steps.

Furnished Apartments

For stays of several days or weeks, the app offers a selection of furnished apartments and studios, suitable for extended stays, business trips, or family vacations. Photos, rates, availability, and location are available for each property.

Booking

• Booking is done using a phone number, without creating an account.

• Select your dates, enter your information, and confirm.

• A confirmation with a unique booking code is sent immediately.

• This code must be presented upon arrival at the property.

Mobile Payment

Payment for a booking can be made directly in the app via Orange Money or Moov Money. Payment upon arrival at the property, in cash or by mobile money, is also possible depending on the chosen rate.

Nearby

With your permission, the app uses geolocation to display properties near your location, along with the distance to each. This feature is useful when arriving in an unfamiliar city.

Booking Tracking

Each booking can be accessed at any time using its tracking code: view the status, dates, and stay information. Depending on the rate, a cancellation request can be made from this same screen.

How it works in Burkina Faso

StayGo is designed for the Burkinabe context: local mobile payment methods, a comprehensive list of cities and neighborhoods, a French interface, and functionality adapted for limited internet connections. The application covers Ouagadougou, Bobo-Dioulasso, and other cities in the country, with a regularly updated list of participating businesses.
