StayKit is the staff companion app for hospitality businesses — hotels, B&Bs, restaurants, vacation rentals, hostels and similar properties — that are using StayKit-enabled products from one of our partners.
Once your business has set you up with an account, this app gives you mobile access to whichever StayKit-enabled modules your property has activated. Depending on what your management team has subscribed to, this can include a built-in softphone for internal and external VoIP calling, video doorphones, reservation management, guest WiFi controls, room display configuration, connected device dashboards and more.
Which features you see in the app depends on what your property has enabled and on the role assigned to you. If your property doesn't use a particular module, you won't see it — and the same applies to the other modules.
Access is invite-only. There is no public sign-up inside the app. Accounts are created and issued by your property's management team or the partner that provisioned StayKit-enabled products for them. If your business hasn't onboarded to a StayKit-enabled product yet, please speak to your management — we don't sign up individual users.
