STAYmyway is the ultimate app for any traveller, regardless of whether they stay in a hotel or a holiday apartment.

With this app the traveller can access their room or apartment without having to check-in at reception, collect the keys or wait for the keys to be delivered.

Besides, the traveller can check-in directly using the app, avoiding the cumbersome process of sending their ID document or passport to reception.

On the app the traveller can readily access their booking details such as room type or apartment amenities. They can also use a CHAT to communicate with reception or the apartment manager at any time.

The app also provides adventurous travellers with information about experiences, services, tours or tickets for the most relevant activities in the city they are staying in, as well as a hotel service guide or a complete guide of the neighbourhood.

General Idea is great, if it would work! We used the app in Spain. Verification process seemed easy, except that we couldn't see the other guests in the app. Standing in front of the building we actually couldn't open!!! 2 out of 4 were verified, 2 others apps said still processing. None of us were able to open the front door. We only got in cuz someone left the building. Opening the door to the apartment worked, but didn't fix our problem. Customer support wasn't helpful at all. Be aware!

Apologies for the inconvenience. To open the building door, it is necessary to have a valid Internet connection in the device, and in the apartment, so please, could you kindly email the booking details of your reservation to in order we can investigate this issue? Thanks a lot!

Unable to upload a stored picture for ID. Check in page froze when trying to upload the signature. I don't use data roaming when on holiday and don't know if the app will run. Bluetooth enabled.

Unfortunately, we don't permit upload stored images, and a working Internet connection is required for uploading the images, receiving updates from your reservation, and opening non-Bluetooth doors. Ask your host if there are some non-Bluetooth doors, as they can be opened remotely by your host at your arrival, to ensure a smooth welcome.

I made two separate bookings for the same accomodation at the same dates. I was only able to download the key to one room. I wasn't able to download the key to the second room. No option to check in more than one booking.
