About this app

Membership and Church Service Management System Application for the Church of the Virgin Mary and Saint Demiana.

The application allows each user access to functions appropriate to their role and permissions, including:

- Reviewing membership and congregation data and completing any missing information.

- Submitting membership applications and following up with the church administrator.

- Tracking appointments, services, and tasks assigned to the user.

- Booking available appointments for confession, communion, and other services that allow booking.

- Viewing the priest's duties and schedules, as well as requests for pastoral care and communion.

- Viewing deacons' assignments, such as reading the Pauline Epistle, the Acts of the Apostles, the Catholic Epistle, and serving at the altar.

- Recording attendance and monitoring sessions (for authorized administrators only).

- Receiving notifications related to the user's role and services, with the option to choose notification types and rest periods.

- Reviewing account activity, open sessions, and changing the password.

- Managing users, permissions, and services from authorized administrator accounts.

The pages and data displayed vary according to each account's permissions, and administrative tasks and monitoring data are only visible to authorized users.

The system records only essential health-related cases for church follow-up, such as requests for communion and visitation, according to access privileges. The application is not a medical device and does not provide diagnosis, treatment, or medical advice.
