Gotta say at first it was amazing but now not anymore, lots of stuff were removed suddenly when i was about to make a big order that worth about 600sar. Such disappointment... Specifically talking the cook at home menu. And i cant seem to find the Ny strip loin steak dish but instead only the sirloin which is also another thing to note there are less variety of cuta to pick from now which is really not favorable.. If things will stay as is i doubt a 50% would be enough for me to visit again.

I ordered from this app , and I have waited more than one hour , then I contacted with them through the messages and told me the delivery time set to the next day ! " an option its checked to deliver ASAP while you processing " Anyhow this very stupid, why on earth you made that option and checked it for me ?! And when we contacted with the restaurant through the phone the man who answered said I'll make sure and call back, and he never called back. Very disrespectful

Created first order but no delivery and nobody even bothered to call to apologize. They didn't answer my messages. I waited for long time because app shows that order is already processed and assigned to driver?
