Steelcase Rise inspires movement and provides a new level of personalization for height-adjustable desks with the ActiveTouch desk-mounted controller. Simply pair your app with the desk, set your desk preferences and then take them with you from desk to desk. Create reminders to stand up, move and sit down, and track your activity over time. Rise helps you have a healthier, happier, and more productive day at work.

This app doesn’t collect, store or share any personal or desk information with your company, Steelcase or others. It’s your device, your app and your information—no one else’s.

Ratings and reviews

The UI is non-intuitive and the desk doesn't always connect to the phone. It would make much more sense if the desk would have some memory and would sync with the phone, but here it seems not to be the case. The app is pretty much useless as the data it collects is very inaccurate.

Reminders are canceled if you miss one? Basically every day when you take lunch your reminders are canceled, or if you take a break at the wrong time. Also the app has a persistent notification on my phone and doesn't automatically connect when I first get to the office.

App simply crashes when trying to connect to a desk. First time use on pixel 3... Unusable the app feature was one of the reasons for purchasing my dang near $2,000 desk..
