This is trash. Wasted good money on something that doesn't even work. Matco tools won't take it back either. I will never buy another Steelman product. Total junk. Using Samsung Note 9. Maybe support your product with timely updates? I'm a mechanic and honestly, buying something with a pricetag like this isn't a lightly made decision. I feel cheated out of my hard earned money and there's no accountability from the manufacturer to make it right. Don't waste your money.

App crashes 99% of the time when connecting to camera. Worked for me one time. Tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling. Now it won't reinstall I have an expensive mac tools brick. Stopping me from diagnosing a vehicle without teardown.

Trash camera and video. Won't allow me to edit file path for picture save, the light is dim *new batteries* focus sucks, DONT BUY THIS PRODUCT! -UPS Fleet mngr "App has a bug, try reinstall after mfg has fixed the app" 🖕
