Ratings and reviews

That's a great app and all, but I can't update the headphones. I don't have a computer. I can plug the headphone pod into my cell phone. If this app could update the headphones, then I could do it that way. heck, if you play it smart enough, we could connect the headphone pod through wireless, like the Qi charging stuff, you know? maybe, that's a bad idea just because it would be too loose.

Been using the app since purchasing the gamebuds. Everything has been fine, aside from the lack of options to check or update firmware without a PC or laptop. Now certain EQs crash the app and disconnect my phone from the device. For a gaming company with high price equipment, you'd think a little more thought and effort would go into the app.

Wary, but impressed so far. I generally fall on the cynical side for any hardware that requires an app on my phone to run. Went with the Arctis Nova 5x since I didn't need to install software on my work PC to use it. It sounds great and works as intended. My biggest fear is a rogue update breaking compatibility, especially after seeing all these negative reviews, so long-term support is a concern.
