Ratings and reviews

Having to connect to a PC and download another app to adjust EQ settings on a pair of Bluetooth earbuds is tedious and downright insulting when Jabra (Steelseries sister company) has an app that can do it natively on theirs, especially since the Arctis Buds are Jabra Elite 5 copies. Thankfully, I'm still in the return window and will buy something that doesn't need a phone and a PC to unlock the full potential of the product. You lost a customer forever, Steelseries.

Wary, but impressed so far. I generally fall on the cynical side for any hardware that requires an app on my phone to run. Went with the Arctis Nova 5x since I didn't need to install software on my work PC to use it. It sounds great and works as intended. My biggest fear is a rogue update breaking compatibility, especially after seeing all these negative reviews, so long-term support is a concern.

Literally bought the Arctis game buds today. I was a bit frustrated since I thought there was a lot of steps just to pair. Unfortunately there is an issue with Android application causing it not to pair. I will also like to add their customer service sucks. After a Google search it seems this is going on for a few months and company refuses to fix or put out a post on it. First and last time purchasing a product from steelseries.
