Ratings and reviews

The ANC does not work. They say it is supposed to be extremely good. Extremely bad. I'm always hearing things through these headphones This is definitely not worth $500. Bluetooth is kind of solved, it takes it forever to turn on. I thought I was getting that upgrade from my still series nine's but it's not really that big of upgrade. So if i'm always hearing things from these headphones, even though the a.n.c. is on then you can definitely hear a helicopter. Commercial is total lie.

Great app, customizing the gamebuds is easy and straight forward. All of the preset sounds can feel a bit overwhelming, but they work great. My only issues is not being able to update the earbuds through the app & the app not having support for the Arctis NovA Pro Wireless headset. If support was added for that headset as well, this app would get 5 stars.

Quick update: The steelseries gaming buds do connect via your phone's bluetooth. The issue is the companion app for android, it doesn't work to connect the gaming buds. However, the gaming buds do connect with the PC Steelseries software and since this is the main reason why I bought the gaming buds, I can recommend them. After using the gaming buds for several hours on my PC and phone, I can honestly say I like that they switch easily between bluetooth and 2.4ghz.
