Fleet Feet knows running.

The first Fleet Feet store opened its doors in 1976 in Sacramento, California, and we've been outfitting runners with the right gear and knowledge ever since. Since that first day, we've expanded to more than 180 stores in communities across the country to work toward our vision: to inspire the runner in everyone.

Today, we combine knowledge gained from our four decades of experience with data-driven insights from modern technology to outfit runners with the ideal shoes, apparel and gear.

I was excited about the app and rewards. I use garmin connect and the fleet feet app does not consistently sync or add miles. For example from this week, one day I ran 7 (it added them), 10 miles the next day (did not add them), next day 8 (added). It's frustrating especially if you have your eye on trying to enter a contest. I'm not sure how much longer I'll use the app because of it. The rewards are always enticing.

After connecting my strava and my garmin, I got some initial "miles" toward rewards, but it now has stopped linking with both accounts; I am no longer receiving "miles" for my runs. Obviously, this app is brand new and still has a couple issues to be addressed. Overall, I'm still excited for this app and look forward to all the bugs being worked out.

I have contacted Fleet Feet via email, phone & in person at The Woodlands location.I also emailed corporate. I always have issues with my rewards points. The employees at this store(Woodlands)acted irritated & bothered when I asked why my rewards points were not visible on the app. They found them on the store computer & I was able to utilize them. After my next purchase, I'm having the same exact issues! I deleted my Fleet Feet app three times & reinstalled it.Still no luck!!

What's new

We regularly update our app to provide the best experience possible. This release contains bug fixes and performance improvements.
