■We want to provide owners with a chance to make use of empty stores.
Up until now, it has been common practice to ask a real estate agent or create an advertisement when recruiting store properties. However, in modern times, there is a need for all kinds of services to be easily accessible to anyone and to be able to use a smartphone, and the laborious and time-consuming recruitment methods are becoming increasingly obsolete.
Therefore, in order to make recruiting for store properties easier, we provide a matching app that connects tenants (occupants) and owners (property owners).
■Easy to start with safe security and reliable support
You will be required to verify your identity when using the app. This system prevents mischievous purposes, and in the event of an emergency, we, as the operator, can identify the user.
In addition, since many of the technical terms related to real estate are difficult, we have provided easy-to-understand explanations for the terms. Even beginners can use it with confidence.

■No property registration fee for owners! You can easily list your property
This app does not charge property registration fees. This makes it easier for owners to register properties, so they can expect to find many matches with properties that tenants are looking for.　
■Direct negotiation between owner and tenant possible

If mutual conditions match, direct communication will be possible between the owner and tenant. Chat format reduces formality and allows for casual negotiations. Owners who say they can handle the contract procedures themselves because they have been managing the property for many years may be able to do it themselves.
*We also accept requests from members to act as an intermediary.
*Real estate agents cannot use this app as a tenant.
