Step alarm requires you to take 10 steps to turn off the alarm, without any external devices. It'll keep ringing otherwise. Don't try to sabotage it.
Best for people who are on the grind. The goal is to push you out of bed so you don't just complete some lousy task to "wake your brain" and go back to sleep.
