The "Assistance" remote control feature allows a technician to take remote control of the Sterilor XP application on another device connected to the Internet, such as a computer. This allows for troubleshooting the application or solving a technical problem encountered by a user with physical difficulties or disabilities.
When a user encounters a technical problem, they can ask a technician to take remote control of the application. To do this, the user must activate the remote control function in the application settings. Once the function is activated, the user must provide a unique access code to the person who will take remote control of the application and only of the Sterilor XP application.
Once the technician has access to the application, they can perform all the normal operations, such as configuring the pool's water treatment settings.
The remote control function is designed to help users with physical difficulties or disabilities to use the Sterilor XP application. It can also be used by technicians to remotely troubleshoot the application in the event of technical problems. However, it is important to note that this feature can only be used with the permission of the user concerned.
In order for the technician to access your phone remotely, you must activate the accessibility service for the Sterilor XP application.
