Downgrade from the previous app. Addition of Zelle is nice, but such limited features that most FIs offer with their online banking through the app. You are unable to Temporarily block debit cards, unable to place memos for transfers (which is lost from the previous edition) and inability to obtain details on transactions just seem to be a big step backwards in a tech world.

UPDATE I have received my first alert in my email since the texting option will Not work at all (same w the previous app) it's set up for anything that comes out of my checking over 1 penny same as deposits ... And now the email does not say the amount that was withdrawled, just that something came out over a penny ...the point of this is to know the amount! Old app said amount.. this doesn't.. I may change banks over this. Just download the new app ... So far so good and new set up was easy !

A few steps backward... the newly updated app (changed along with integrating the legacy Sterling accounts) does not advance the app's functionality. A few small things are changed. For example, mobile deposit no longer auto-fills the decimal in the check amount and does not auto-capture the check image. Are those big things? No. But, why take away functionality and add steps? That is a downgrade. The only new functionality I see is the branded Zelle option, making $s for Webster.
