Useless app. Cannot deposit checks, keeps telling the amount detected on the check does not match the amount entered (which is obviously not true). Also very low in functionality, poor design, cannot set up a pin like other bank apps do, have to enter password every time, which eventually forces you to start using weak password. You will not lose anything if you choose to go without it.

App no longer works on my phone. It gives an error message for such a short time that one needs to open the app several times to see a request to check "USB debugging" in settings. My phone does not have this setting and the app gives me no further assistance. My response: I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, same problem. I am unable to deposit checks online.

Gets hung up on transactions. I often am unable to deposit checks because it becomes unresponsive. Same has happened with internal transfers. This problem has occurred numerous times in different areas of the country, so can't blame it on wifi or phone service. Very frustrating. Have spoken with customer service regarding issue on several occasions. Apparently I'm the only one with this problem and they suggest I reinstall the ap. It doesn't solve the issue.
