App closes before I can start it locks me out of my account saying info incorrect. Have went in spoke to someone on 3 occasions even they had trouble with app so I'm installing cant use it online either so to check my account I always have to call in because you have no automated system that can tell you your balance or pending transactions. You really need that feature because it sucks to always have to call to check balance. This is a plain bank no features at all to help you after hours

As of 06/19/24 the app has been crashing every time I use the app to transfer money. This is kind of important, please fix this!!

Since the last update, I can no longer transfer money between my accounts. Which is a problem when I'm trying to send money to my daughters account while she is out of town.
