STM App built on Salesforce/integrated with Salesforce (CRM) which allows sales manager to update the communication with their opportunities more efficiently. This app will be on the phones of all sales manager and would record all interactions with their respective customers. This will help us in tracking the performance in a better manner and to ensure that we reach out to the customer more efficiently. It will also ensure that information sharing regarding projects with the customer will be more efficient.
