Stewart Valuation Intelligence is now offering Validity Pro to satisfy the property inspection and data collection requirements of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac's Appraisal Modernization (PDR) program. Lenders will be able to originate cash-out refinance and certain “no cash-out" refinance Mortgages without an appraisal. With the PDR, additional property information is collected on-site by trained data collectors in lieu of a traditional appraisal.
