STF Capital is a Zimbabwean financial services firm connecting businesses to insurance bonds, financial advisory services and general-insurance products. The STF Capital mobile application gives our corporate clients a direct, secure channel to lodge applications, upload the supporting documents their underwriter needs, track the progress of every file, and receive status updates and clarifications without phone calls or emails lost in an inbox.
WHO USES THE APP
• Directors and finance officers of companies applying for bid bonds, performance bonds and other surety products.
• Clients seeking capital-raise and corporate-finance advisory services.
• Organisations placing general-insurance cover through STF Capital's intermediary relationships.
WHAT THE APP DOES
• Secure account registration and document upload (PDF, images, spreadsheets up to 15 MB per file).
• Real-time application status: Pending, Open, Returned for clarification, Approved, Declined.
• Direct messaging with your assigned advisor.
• Biometric unlock (fingerprint or face) for fast, secure re-entry.
• Push notifications for status changes and clarification requests.
SECURITY
• TLS 1.3 encrypted traffic end-to-end; no cleartext HTTP permitted.
• AES-256 encryption at rest.
• PBKDF2 PIN hashing with exponential lockout after failed attempts.
• Session credentials held in the Android Keystore, never exportable.
• No advertising identifiers, no analytics, no tracking.
