About this app

Sthapona360 is the companion app for housing & construction societies running on the SCMS platform. It brings your society's office to your phone — every due, every receipt, every brick, fully transparent.

FOR SHAREHOLDERS / MEMBERS
• My position — see your total commitment, amount paid and progress at a glance
• Dues schedule — every installment with clear PAID / DUE / OVERDUE status and downloadable due slips (PDF)
• Receipt upload — photograph a bank slip, pick from gallery, or attach a PDF; then track it through verification and approval in real time
• Payment history — verified payments with generated receipts (PDF) and QR verification
• Project finances — open-by-default transparency: how much the project has collected and where it is being spent
• Personal statement — download your own account statement as PDF anytime
• Construction progress — site photos and work-category progress logged by the project's own engineers
• Committee voting — vote YES / NO / ABSTAIN on committee decisions with a live tally
