And, if you have multiple zones using more than one thermostat, optimise a room’s efficiency, be that insulation or temperature settings.

I'm frustrated to the point of anger with this app. I've spent a LOT of time and money this summer getting ready for a miserly winter of controlling the heating via my new app and sensors I've installed in every room. Winter arrived this week and already I want to rip all the sensors out in a fit of anger. The app appears to randomly not work. You go in there to lower a temperature only to go in later and find that it DID NOT change the temperature. Aside from that HUGE bug it just SUCKS!

One of the worst apps I have used sure to bring so slow to update. You can set a temperature in the app and it doesn't register, but the thermostat has registered it. Changes on thermostat don't get updated for ages if at all. Inability to copy profiles is frustrating. Changing settings can leave the heating on though app shows it as off. Hours run would be useful on Hot Water as well.

Have been using it without issue for over a year with c10 thermostats. Had some recent issues such as changed settings not sticking. eg reverting from standby to auto, or vice versa.... and i had left a slightly negative review. As the issues continued, i called support. V helpful. Just appears that the hub needed to be physically disconnected and powered down for a brief time.... reconnected. All seems fine now. 5* for support.
