Sticks turns net practice into coached practice — cricket batting coaching
you HEAR, not a dashboard you read.

Prop your phone at the crease, side-on. Take your stance, and swing when you
hear the tick. A few seconds later Coach Sam is in your ear: what was good,
what to tighten up, what to try next ball. The rhythm of a real net, with a
coach who never gets tired.

Club nets on a Tuesday, indoor nets through the winter, or ten minutes in the
garden with a tennis ball. Sticks does not need a coach, a bowling machine or
a booking — just your phone propped side-on and somewhere to swing. Colts and
seniors alike; the coaching adapts to what your swing actually shows.
