I don't even know were to start from, the id verification has been pending for about 2 weeks now, and nothing has been done, I downloaded the app because I needed something to make dollar transfers and then downloaded the app,. well if you guys don't do anything about it in about a month I am done ✅, well I am already looking for an alternative, well-done guys, well-done!!!???

Useless. App allowed me to register with my home country information but when time came for me to do transactions within the app, my home country was not listed. Also, why is it so complicated to process withdrawals? Bank wires only yet you off a CC/DB option for deposits??? Even if I wanted to keep the account, I can't even get a card because you've stopped issuing due to COVID-19. Newsflash Sticpay, it's 2023. I closed my account and deleted the app. Thanks for nothing.
