Horenouds application. When it is working it takes forever to get through the terminal even with turned on NFC, without it takes longer... Then istarted restarting by itself in the background. Now this application work like for one hour and when I want to go to company or outside I have to clear cache and force stop the application. This is really bad piece of a software especially when they are getting paid. If you are a company and you are considering this application as option please don´t.

My access card is not appearing anymore... (without uninstalling or clearing any data) Update: issue seems to have been fixed

Terrible UI/UX. The "tutorials" are 3 second clips of a cartoon figure opening doors with ease. No info to say the initial card in the app is not actually your own card and you still need to download yours. No guidance on how to use any of the features. The remote opening tutorial is a joke, remote opening doesn't work for me and shows no info for why that is. You're expected to install the app, know everything, and if you have an issue it's not their problem so go talk to your provider.
