UPDATE: Horenouds application. Still keeps crashing even after the last update fix in April. On the first day it looked like it was going to work. But it keeps crashing on me. Every usage of the scanner is a tedious process. I need to unlock the phone find app force shut it clear cache and start the app. I wish we kept old NFC cards. Don't even try this app it's no use and even highlighted features don't work after restart.

Hate this app. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. When we upgrade our phones, we get penalized. Our building charges us to receive a new "token". Otherwise we can't get in our own property.

Terrible UI/UX. The "tutorials" are 3 second clips of a cartoon figure opening doors with ease. No info to say the initial card in the app is not actually your own card and you still need to download yours. No guidance on how to use any of the features. The remote opening tutorial is a joke, remote opening doesn't work for me and shows no info for why that is. You're expected to install the app, know everything, and if you have an issue it's not their problem so go talk to your provider.
