Horenouds application. When it is working it takes forever to get through the terminal even with turned on NFC, without it takes longer... Then istarted restarting by itself in the background. Now this application work like for one hour and when I want to go to company or outside I have to clear cache and force stop the application. This is really bad piece of a software especially when they are getting paid. If you are a company and you are considering this application as option please don´t.

terible app. very low and not stable, I could not understand why CII tower building force us to using this to replace the physical card. It's too bad.

My access card is not appearing anymore... (without uninstalling or clearing any data) Update: issue seems to have been fixed

Thank you for your feedback. If you recently uninstalled and reinstalled STid Mobile ID, it’s normal for your card not to appear for security reasons. Otherwise, please update to version 3.2.1. If the issue persists, contact support@stid.com with your device details.
