tablet i use want take the pics but will pull up prints and everything elc. but my phone want pull up prints or get me in their says not downloaded for offline viewing but im online. but to take my sticker pics i use mu phone haveing to go to items and find it like im haveing to manual do it

Yeah,it keeps crashing. Because of the barcode scanner. It wont work. Is there anything i can do to fix it?
