Got into an accident with full coverage. They never sent Is out an insurance Is adjuster! Had me take pictures of the damage myself and post it to a website. And then told me my car was drivable when the front tire was bent in at 90ﾟ And undrivable. Told me how much they were going to pay for the damage which was. Is way under cost So in the end all they gave me was enough money to get it to be able to be driven again! But I still have this huge. Dent down the side of my car. Never use these guy

This app keeps saying my user ID, password is wrong when it works through the browser site. I even tried to reset password using user ID and client ID and both said invalid when i know for a fact its valid. What's wrong with your app? I tried to call and your customer service team was not helpful. Please fix the app. Thanks

Was OK tell one messup with payment that they did not pull from the right account and I got penalties then when I filled out paperwork for them to change the account again I signed all the paperwork and they did not pull from that account and now they what me to pay in full or not have a account with them I'll make it easier for them the just lost both my accounts
