App for worked fine last year. Now it won't show anything. I was still able to access my season tickets so it wasn't a huge deal but I tried to uninstall and reinstall so I could set up my food account and now it won't do anything at all. Says cannot connect to host. Also, the help website link on the app page is a dead link.

The app seems busy, but the main issue, recently, is that I was unable to purchase with the scan and pay as it crashed the app. Sadly the people at the PoS don't have the training or empowerment to override the system to allow for the season ticket holder discount. Hard to understand where the failure is but being the first season there are a lot of tech issues to iron out so I hope there escaped defects get ironed out before next season.

I receive an error saying the server is not responding so I'm stuck on the create your own jersey screen which I assume is part of the app's introduction. I also agree about the flashing lights warning being needed. I hate leaving a poor review but I worried there would be too few users to provide feedback about errors, ultimately reducing the app's use and I want to increase City's reach as much as possible. Go City!
