About this app

"Stocking" is a standalone inventory management app designed for small businesses, e-commerce sellers, and individual studios. It handles product management, purchasing and shipping, inventory reports, and sales analysis all in one app. All data is stored on your own phone; no registration or internet connection is required.

The free version allows you to create 50 products and is for permanent use with no trial period. Upgrading to the full version for more products is a one-time purchase, not a monthly subscription.

■ E-commerce Fees: Calculate Your True Net Profit

When selling on Shopee, Ruten, and PChome, the transaction amount does not equal the net profit. When shipping, you can fill in the transaction fees and discounts, supporting switching between amount and percentage—simply change the percentage when fees change during promotional periods. Report amounts are automatically calculated based on the net profit after deducting fees, no longer treating the transaction amount as revenue.

■ Channel Analysis: See Which Platforms Are Really Profitable

Each shipment can record the sales channel (Shopee, Ruten, PChome, momo, physical stores, etc., or you can manually input them). The channel analysis report shows you the actual revenue, number of orders, and the actual percentage of sales revenue charged by fees for each platform. Comparing several platforms side-by-side reveals which one "appears to sell a lot but is actually being charged exorbitant fees."

■ Inventory Management: Complete with Barcode Scanning

Built-in and SKU scanning; scanning automatically retrieves the product and jumps to the quantity field. Dates can be selected, and re-entry the next day won't carry over. All inventory records can be edited and deleted; inventory automatically adjusts when quantities are changed, eliminating the need to redo entries due to errors.

■ Inventory Reports and Sales Analysis

Inventory reports, purchase reports, sales reports, sales trends, product analysis, customer analysis, and channel analysis. Inventory turnover rate is calculated based on your selected period, allowing you to easily see which products are returning quickly and which are stuck.

■ Low Inventory Alerts and Replenishment

Set a safety stock level; it proactively alerts you when inventory falls below the safety level and allows you to directly create replenishment orders.

■ Batch Import and Export of Product and Customer Data

Supports CSV and Excel formats. It can be migrated from other systems or backed up to your computer regularly. Batch inventory checks and adjustments are supported, and inventory records are traceable.

■ Data in Your Hands

This application operates offline; all operational data is stored on your device. The developer does not access, store, or receive it. If backups are needed, you can export or back them up to your personal Google Drive.
